🗑 How to Delete Your Data from HomeAxis

At HomeAxis, we respect your privacy and believe you should have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your personal information, the process is quick and simple.

HomeAxis users can delete their personal data at any time.

To delete your data:

  1. Open the HomeAxis mobile app

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Tap Delete Account

  4. Confirm the deletion request

Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our system.

🧹 What Will Be Deleted:

  • Your entire Transaction Planning Wizard setup

  • All transactions you’ve created (including buyer and seller details, milestones, notes, etc.)

  • All task data and calendar events

  • Co-broker invitations and client communications

  • Any stored preferences or settings linked to your account

 

🔐 What We Retain (For Security & Verification Purposes):

To prevent abuse and to protect the integrity of the platform, we retain:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Your phone number

These are kept solely to track deleted accounts, prevent unauthorized activity, and comply with audit or security requirements. This information will never be used for marketing purposes.
